Fees

The following fees apply for this conference:

Reduced fees for the summer school will apply to students only (typically PhD, M-Phil or MSc).

We expect that a limited number of grants will be available, which will take the form of a partial fee waiver (50%) for summer school students. If you wish to qualify for such a scholarship, please send a brief motivation (1 page) and a concise CV (2 pages), merged in one pdf document, to the summer school secretariat at kuhmonectar@transport.dtu.dk. If grants will be available, priority will be given to students with an outstanding record as demonstrated by their CV, and/or students from universities in lower and middle income countries. Grant requests should be received before March 1.

The first 10 Nectar members to register will receive a 10% discount on their registration fees, irrespective of whether they register for the summer school, the conference, or both.

Your registration is complete when we have received your fee.

Accompanying persons who want to join diners or other parts of the programme are requested to contact us directly for information on fees at the conference email address: kuhmonectar@transport.dtu.dk.

In case of written cancellation before June 20, the registration fee will be refunded minus a charge of € 50. After June 20, no refunding is possible.
